when trying to setup my router it says ethernet adapter needed. I don't understand why since I have ethernet card installed. Using a 2002 dell with xp and a cable modem. Need help please. Thanks

What router brand and model have you bought?
What "2002 Dell" do you have? What version of Windows on it?

The router is a netgear n150 wireless router wnr1000 and I'm using windows xp home edition with a dell dimension 8200
