I downloaded a program that had a virus, and my computer was running slow so I used Avast and Nortan Anti Virus and they didn't pick the virus. Than I got an Anti Malware program and it found them and deleted them from my pc, but my pc was still running real slow so I just decided to reinstall my PC back to factory settings without the CD(There is an Option at load screen to hit F11). But while it was doing it, it froze @ 52% and wouldn't finish than after about 5 min it goes to a blue screen and says something like an error occurs, So I rebooted and tried to just go login but since I have already started the restore to factory settings I cant do anything! would there be anyway to fix this? I don't have an CD for vista
