Problems playing Blu-Ray with Intel motherboard DH55TC / I3 cpu

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have an Intel dh55tc with an i3 550 w/hd graphics (driver version 6.14.10.5303) HD movies played via MpcStar play perfect. However, when I try to play a Blu-Ray disc with Powerdvd9 it says my driver is incompatible and needs the current updated driver. Well, I have the most up to date driver. Can anyone help me . Thanks

OS: Windows XP Pro
Motherboard: Intel DH55TC
CPU: Intel I3 550
Ram: 4GB DDR3
DVDWBD: Samsung SH-B123L

You do not specify if you are using the integrated video or you have an addon video card on your pci-express slot.

If using the integrated video here you have a driver update for:

Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Windows XP
file name: GFX_XP32_14.42.2.5258_PV_Intel.exe
version: 14.42.2.5258

Download at:

If you are using an addon card and you are sure you have the latest driver for it then I would think the problem is with PowerDVD 9, if you google it you will see you are not the only one with this problem and from what I have read, Cyberlink PowerDVD either works great or has many problems.

Thank you Alzeimer, I am using the integrated HD graphics. Also when I run a scan using BDadviser (Blu-Ray compatibility test software) It tells me that all my hardware and drivers are compatible with Blu-Ray except my graphics driver. I know the intel DH55TC board used with the I3 CPU is supposed to be perfect for Blu-Ray use. So, my thought is I have some sort of setting wrong or maybe the BIOS needs an update. This system plays 1080P MKV files flawless. It may well be an issue with the PowerDVD9 software, I'm still confused.
