seems like my sister downloaded a fake anti virus on her pc and i personally don't knwo what to do now.
her computer was going slow so i re-installed windows 2 weeks ago along with avg.
today there is a anti virus that wont let me access the internet apart from the page to "buy the full version", all other pages say the website is not trusted.
It wont let me open malwarebytes apart from once were it said it removed a trojan though it seems to have done nothing.
any suggestions?

p.s. sorry about camera quality. only one available

Hi

Please open a topic in the Virus, Spyware, Malware Removal forum, you will get malware help there.
We see a lot of these rogues scanners, it shouldn't be a problem.
