laptop won't boot windows xp

Hi there, I have a similar problem to the one shown on this topic link -

The laptop would not boot at all - it would try for a few seconds then reboot itself with the options of safe mode x2, last configuration and start windows normally - none of which worked

I have made a OTLPE disc and run it on the system. The OTL file is attached Attached File  OTL.Txt   18.26KB   86 downloads

Can you help at all?

By the way some of the other icons that load look really interesting. Is there a page that shows what they all do?
