W.O.W restarting my computer

okay so i recently got a new computer, but every time i play world or warcraft it restarts itself.
( my dad got this for me and he is a ebay junky and buys crappy stuff at " good deals")
it has shown me the blue screen once. i really want this fixed pronto! any help would be greatly appreciated!
