I can not access my hotmail account anymore.
It says too many failed attempts. And the secret question was set up by my daughter 4 years ago and can not remember the answer. Not only that it still says to many failed attempts. I can not find any contact info for hotmail customer service or any other way of resetting the password. I know the password but obviously to many failed attempts to login. HELP!!

Only thing you can do at that point is contact Hotmail support.

http://windowslivehe...px?productid=10 is the address of the Help Centre.

Of course if the account was set up four years ago you have used it actively over the 4 years I take it? Because they expire about 90 days after the last use so if you haven't used it for three months, it'll have lapsed and somebody else may have taken it.

As stated in the T&Cs for Hotmail accounts, if left to expire after 90 days or so, will be permanently deleted along with all mail in the account.

Help - hope I have done this right. I am retired and not a computer whiz - this is my problem & I hope you can help. I open my hotmail to check messages and above my emails (at the very top of the page) is this:
https://blu157.mail....px?wa=signin1.0
My neighbor says this is probably my domain - is this something I need to worry about?
