Upgrading advice

Since my HD clicked itself to an early grave i've decided that I want to do a bit of upgrading. So here's my current build exactly from the order form -the HD:

I haven't been keeping up to date with all the new products on the market so i'm just looking for advice on what you guys would do with it. Ideally i'd like to keep the motherboard but i'm open to any suggestions. Thanks for your time.
