I have a question about the Noctua NH-C12P CPU Cooler.

When this CPU cooler is installed on a MICRO ATX Motherboard, Does the cooler stay within the footprint of the Motherboard? In other words does the cooler extend beyond the edges of the motherboard?
I have a Micro ATX motherboard in a Micro ATX case, The top of the motherboard is right up to the PSU, and also up to the external drive bays.
