Disable AVG and see if it happens then.
I personally don't like AVG because it uses a lot of system resources which will slow a system down and in some cases cause crashes.

Well in fact what I did was uninstall and intall again.

After that I had no more crashes. An important cahnge that I noticed is that before when i righ clicked any file it took always several seconds
to open the drop down menu. After reinstallation that doesn't happen anymore. This can be a good sign. And besides that I was having crashes almost
everytime. It wouldnt stand for more than 10 minutes.

Regarding the AV do you think free avast is a better solution ??

Regarding the AV do you think free avast is a better solution ??

I personally use Avast Free Home Edition and have for the past 2 years. Personally I think it is one of the best out there and it uses very little system resources which could slow your system down.
I would suggest completely uninstalling AVG and installing AVAST.
Please download Avast from my signature below. Please make sure you do the registration as it is good for a year or more. When it is due simply just reregister it.
Avast in my opinion is better because:

It's FREE to the Home User
It Updates it's Definitions daily
You can scan Individual Files, Folders and Drives
No buying new versions every year
