Hi guys! I have the HP 210y desktop, and it has a built in multi card reader.

It has never really bothered me until today... The only time I'm able to look at content on cards when I insert the card, nothing happens but it does show up on the My Computer section. I have to then right click on the drive, eject it, then pull out the card, and re-insert it... Then the auto play thing actually comes on.

What can I do to make it so right when I put the card in for the first time, the auto play comes on instead of me having to eject and etc.

Under Windows 7 card readers do not show up in My Computer until you insert a card into the appropriate slot.

The Autoplay options all live in the Control Panel.
