Help on how to overclock with Biostar A770e3

I have a Biostar A770e3 with a propus 620 2.6 GHz. I wanna push it to 3.0. Can someone give me some direction on how to do so. I've looked around and theres supposed to be a spot where I set values. I can't seem to find that spot so I can set my FSB and multiplier. Please Help! Thanks

Actric freezer pro rev 2
G Skill DDR3 1333
Raidmax 630w PSU
XFX Radeon HD 5770 PCI express 2.0
Rosewill Challenger case(2-120 mm fans/ 1 rear/ 1 front/ 1-140 mm fan Top)

Overclocking is not recommended, nor guaranteed to be possible.
