My PC specs are in my Profile,
Ive been looking around for Upgrades for my Machine, But im unsure if they are compatible.
If anyone has free time, could they go over this, just want reassurance before buying them

Your specs while they are informative are not very helpful if they are hidden away in your profile
I noticed from the Dell specs that there are 5 different sizes of the GX280 case, what form factor is yours?
This makes a difference to your upgrade options regarding the GFX card, as in the height of the card that will fit, low profile, half height, full height and length for example.
Can I ask why you have provided links to Dell for the Ram and the GFX card and chosen a PCI graphics card instead of the much better option of PCI-E X16?
You do not have to pay the prices Dell will charge we can find you some alternatives and then you decide, all you need to do is tell us which size GX280 case you have, provide a budget and tell us what you intend using the computer for, school, studies, office, web browsing or the more demanding gaming or heavy 3D designing.

Yes, the generic PSUs that brand names such as Dell and HP etc use are known to be of inferior quality and output compared to known good names such as Antec, Corsair and OCZ for example, you would need to measure the present PSU as Dell sometimes use smaller PSUs so we must make sure any PSUs suggested will fit in the available space in your case.
This is the spec for the PSU in your case, desktop computer: 280 W this is feeble by todays standards, some basic GFX cards require a PSU with a minimum 300W output or they will not work correctly or if at all.
Best advice I can give is, first upgrade your Ram to at least 2-3GB this will increase your systems performance, get your budget back up to at least your present level and then upgrade the PSU and GFX card.
If you can give us your present PSU details including the dimensions we can find you some upgrade options.

Ive decided that i dont want another PSU..
Any GFX Card that works with 210-250watt will suffice..
Anyone able to help me out with some Models

By not swapping the PSU it has made it a bit more difficult but here is one for you to check out;

Ive looked at my PSU inside the box, it says i have Max 210Watt.
Are you sure this GFX card is able to run in my box 1k...
Thought i would double check as your above post says 280Watt

Check the inside of your case and see if you can possibly fit a bigger sized PSU in there.

if i remove the PCI Cage i can fit any size in there..
1k, you think ill be able to run a Geforce 6xxx or FX from 210watt
