Antivirus freezes computer

Hi

No matter which antivirus I run or which malware search I run the computer freezes before it completes. I really need help with this. I run IE8. Also, adding a USB device like external hardrive also freezes the computer. Even accessing local CD rom freezes the computer. Apart from that my computer works!

I have tried a bunch of online scanners including Kaspersky and all failed before the end. I just tried OTL to post my log but for both the Scan or quick scan it frezes when analysing c:\windows\system32\wzcdlg.dll

Also tried Malwarebytes' and my stem froze on C:\windows\system32\wwanprotdin.dll or wwaninst.dll or wmpdui.dll.mui.
