I have a Snap Server 4500. I cannot reset it because
1) Sever Name, IP and Subnet are unknown
2) Cannot reach by Web browser because of # 1
3) Snap Server Mananger cannot locate even when attachment made with crossover cable directly between computer and snap 4500. I have tried both network ports.
4) The snap reset button (the white button which is located next to the power button) was broken off and lost and therefore cannot be pushed.

Any ideals on how to reset this server?

If there are no workable ways to reset it in its present condition I suspect I may have to purchase (if I can find it)the equipment part that contains both the reset and power buttons and connects to the server. Does's anyone know where I can find this part?

Thanks for any help.
