Cannot access TaskManager, Norton AV won't run

I got an email that looked like it was from my system administrator. Said my account had been violated. Had a .zip file attached. I made the mistake of opening the zip file. Now I think my system is infected. I cannot run Norton AV. I cannot access my Task Manager to see what programs are running. And my LAN connection is always sending/recieving stuff. I ran AdWare, but did not find anything. Here's the hijackthis file.
