I downloaded the drivers. Still notta.

Last night, I was still online searching for minor things I could do to boost my CPU performance. The reason being is when I go to Games-->Company of Heroes (Don't click, its in the side box.)Click learn about these scores-->Performance Information and Tools.

Components & What is Rated:

Processor: Calculations per second

Memory (RAM): Memory Operations per second: 3.8(9)

Graphics:Desktop Performance for Windows Aero: 4.9

Gaming Graphics: 3d Business and gaming graphics performance: 5.9

Primary Hard Disk: Disk Data transfer rate: 5.4

Last night I tried a little something my dad told me that I could do to help my processor.

Start-->Type "Visual"---> Adjust appearance and performance--> Visual Effects--> Best Performance.

Changing that to best performance gave me a 3.9. I changed it back to what it was before downloading the file and it gave me a 3.8 score.

You have a good card and the newest drivers.
I mentioned that +12 volt rail earlier and I want to look at that now with another program.

Please download and run Hardware Monitor
Installation (setup version only)
HWMonitor is a hardware monitoring program that reads PC systems main health sensors : voltages, temperatures, fans speed.
The program handles the most common sensor chips, like ITE® IT87 series, most Winbond® ICs, and others. In addition, it can read modern CPUs on-die core thermal sensors, as well has hard drives temperature via S.M.A.R.T, and video card GPU temperature.

Also I want to take a deep look into your system using PC Pitstop.

Please Run the PCPitstop.com OverDrive Full Tests

Here's how:

You must use your Internet Explorer for this procedure. (doesn't work so well in Firefox or others). If your machine is running Vista or Windows 7, you must Select IE to “Run as Administrator”. After completing PCPitstop OverDrive you can close your IE browser and re-open it Normally so that you are no longer running as administrator.

Go to: http://www.pcpitstop.com
Click on "Free Computer Check-up" listed below PC Pitstop OverDrive
In the User Login - Click on "Sign up FREE!"
You'll need to submit a valid email address and create your own password, then click - Create Account(button)

Now enter your email address and password to Log in, Select - Scan this system Now!(button)
You will then be asked to download an ActiveX component and allow it to install.
It is safe and does not compromise your privacy.
Follow the on-screen prompts to install the ActiveX and to allow the Full Tests to be run on your machine.

The Full Tests take about 2 1/2 - 3 minutes on most machines.
When complete, a Results - Summary - Recommended Fixes will be displayed.

Please post the URL internet address, from your Results, back here into this Topic Thread so that we can review the configuration and present performance levels of your machine.

Note: During the graphics 2D and graphics 3D testing, your screen will display some rapidly moving objects.
If you are sensitive to visual flashing, it may cause dizziness. Therefore, look away from the screen during that portion of the testing.

After reviewing the results we will be more informed and may be able to provide better recommendations for you to work towards improving your machine's performance.

While PCPitstop does offer a variety of Paid Products, the PCPitstop OverDrive testing is FREE. Please ignore the references to Paid Products. We prefer to provide manual solution instructions that you can apply directly to your machine.

Best Regards

Wasn't sure which one because it didn't have a "Recommended Fixes" tab.

PC Pitstop shows a problem with your 2d video test. Could be a sign a problem with the video card.
I want to have you check your system out for a possible infection though just to be sure. I know you have scanned it with your AV and Malwarebytes but the Malware techs can scan deeper to find hidden problems. I can't do those types of steps here so I will direct you to them for now and wait for your completion with them.
I suspect that you have some malware on your computer causing issues that we are not able to solve through means we can use here in the Tech Forums. I suggest you read the 'Start Here' topic found here. With these self-help tools you have a high chance of fixing the problems on your own. If you are still having problems after following Step 3 of the guide, continue with Step 4 and 5 and post in the Malware Forum. If you are unable to run any programs, Please create a topic stating what you have tried so far and that you are unable to run any programs. Also, Please do NOT post the logs in this thread.

If you are still having issues after the malware expert gives you a clean bill of health, Please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
Add a link to this topic so that malware tech can see what steps have been taken here

Per the tutorial in the Malware forum. You need to run and post a new OTL log in your first post. That will give the techs there a starting to point to assisting you. :D

Yeah it has only been 24 hours so they are pretty busy. Just don't bump your topic cause they look for topics with no responses first.
