I have Windows 7 and when I try to download Microsoft ATS Engine to fix my problem, an error pops up and says an error has occurred when trying to download. This is just one part of my problem. I am trying to download Mircosoft fix it because my Internet Explorer says cannot display webpage. This happens when I am trying to go through a hyperlink,download any other internet broswer, or download adobe programs. Can someone please help me.

I would first like you to do this

• Goto Start - All Programs - Accessories - notepad
• Copy the code in the code box below and save as reset.bat
• Right click the file and select Run as administrator
• Restart computer to finish the procedure.

ipconfig /flushdns
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
netsh firewall reset
shutdown -r -t 0

Please note your computer will automatically restart after running this file
