Hamweg!inf worm, antivirus can't remove

This workstation was infected with many different trojans and malware. I was able to remove most of the infections but this one is incredibly stubborn. Are there any tricks for manual removal of this worm? Windows XP SP2, running malwarebytes, adaware and MS Security essentials. Currently updating to SP3 and past due MS security updates.
