Hello

There is not a way that I am aware of my-self however I have used Windows Vista and Windows 7. To me Windows 7 is like Windows Vista however personally I think Windows 7 is better. The features are more or less in the same areas so you shouldn't really have any problems.

Regards

7 is Vista in different colours. Except without all that "taking all day to do everything" and "I'll only bug you 25k times but are you sure you want to do this?" type stuff. Both of which we could all do without.
If you can work 7, you can work Vista. There is almost no difference.
