New icons suddenly appeared on my Dell desktop. Appear to be connected with an icon in my tray called HandsFree Networks. Path is: C:\Program Files\HandsFree\Client\Tools\Dock\Kill_Rocket.bat
Tried to delete file directly from my program files, but get an error message: Cannot delete capp.exe: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
I do have Dell support, is this a virus, or something Dell installed?
