can't install the sims 3 and expansions. keep getting error messag

Ran the test and my comp passed with flying colors,but when ever I try to install anything other than the base game I get error messages.
I haven't been able to play this for awhile due to some bad custom content that was messing up my game, so I delted all of it and tried to to a clean reinstall. I have included everything that I have collected information wise. I hope that some one can make heads or tails of this as I don't understand what is going on.

i have all of them, purchased legally.
i had misplaced the base game and tried to dl from a torrent;
found my original and deleted the torrent from my comp.
the rest I had purchased way back when they came out. I even have the last one..
Late night, but have been unable to install due to the problem I was having with Custom content.
That is the main reason I deleted everything and tried to reinstall.
So, now I am stuck with 6 games I can't play.
It is really annoying the [bleep] out of me, and I just want to figure out why I can't get
them to work on my computer.
