Browsing Problem due to W7?

I've been suffering from a disgusting problem for few days at my computer. Some of the links are appears to me as a "Red Block" which not only looking so ugly but also creating problem to read those links properly. So, please someone help me to sort out this problem as soon as possible.
Thanks in advance.


I use W7 as OS and Panda Cloud Antivirus as antivirus.

and which browser - Mozilla IE etc.

Go start programs and hold the mouse on mozilla there you will see Mozilla safe mode. Start there please.
How is it now.
On the screnshot resend it please.
Press the print screen key.
Go start programs accessories paint and click edit. then paste. then click File and Save as. Select JPEG and attach that to your reply pls.
