Trying to setup a home network between a Dell dimensions 8200 and a gateway 818GM with a netgear n150 wnr1000v3 router. This a wired setup but gateway tells me no modem detected (cable modem) and the router setup cd is telling me to enable ether card and strangely theirs a wireless connection working on a video game console. I don't know whats happening the router and modem work with Dell but won't with the gateway. Can it be the ethernet card? Will work for one computer but the other? Please help. Bluesboy
