Hello this one is probably ideal for an admin to look at but any ideas would be appreciated

Please can someone take a look at the 2 screenshots below and try and explain what is going on please as im stuck.

Also ignore that daft comment it adds on the end as I haven't typed that in. If an admin can look at my post code in there you can see I haven't put it in. If you don't see it about the point to malware forum ignore this comment as it comes on and goes off.

This is literally freaking me out and not alot can do that
