Having probs, updated to xp from 98 but xp reads the computers speed wrong?

i have a 733mhz pc but xp is reading it as 367mhz?

Bios is reading it correct as 733

Only worry i have is whether my pc is running at 733 or 367

Can someone enlighten me ?
