I researched a bit, but I'm not sure if that power supply will work with the graphics card, and I looked at that case I was getting, I read some reviews and watched the intro video of it, but it didn't say what size graphics card would fit. Also, the size on the graphics card I'm getting doesn't say the size of it.

The PSU will be great.

The GTX 560 is a little smaller the previous models so should fit in most Mid to full towers.

Your selected case has a lot of negative user reviews and concerns on hardware reviews.

Rather noisy. So much mesh may not give good direction airflow. No washable filters and the mesh is likely to allow lots of dust and gunk to build up inside the case. I would do a little more research for a case.
