It won't let me press delete, F12, F8 or anything else.
I was going to try the AVG guide, however I thought I should post here first
I'm almost certain it not the "power supply" thing (hopefully)

Do you just get a "beep" sound when you press them, or nothing happens at all?
If nothing happens at all I would try a different keyboard.

I get nothing it stayed frozen at press del to enter set up, press F12 etc
I pressed esc while it was booting up and it gave me a list of the hardware then
got stuck on Initializing USB controllers, still no boot menu

Try clearing the CMOS by removing the silver CR2032 battery for a few moments and then replace it, this will restore the MBs factory default settings, if this resolves the issue you then need to go into the BIOS and reset the time and date, save the settings and exit, press Y to accept the changes.
If the above does not resolve the issue you may be looking at a failed HDD or a corrupt or damaged OS.

Edit: Check that the connections from the PSU to the HDD and the HDD to the MB are secure.

OK I removed it
After I get done with something I'll put it back and see how it goes..

Not all computers are the same but I believe the majority nowadays are tapping the Del key on booting up, try tapping F8 and Del simultaneously, below is a picture of the type of screen you are looking for in the BIOS;
