Application to Copy files from DVD various locations

I need to be able to set up a list of files that when run it will copy all the files to different locations on the computer. Currently I am using a program called autohotkey. This kind of works, but it fails on some files for unknown reasons and it also makes the files read only.

Are there any programs that will make an .exe file that I can burn with an Autorun feature so that it will run automatically and open the exe and start copying files?

Help appreciated!
