OTL.Txt 261.83KB 75 downloadsI have a Dell 1501 laptop running Visa Basic. The Windows Update will not run and gives me the message "Windows Update cannot currently check for updates, because the service is not running. You may need to restart your computer". I have restarted multiple times and tried several fixes listed on other forums to no avail. I ran Avast and it found 50 viruses that have been quaratined. I have run HijackThis and OTL and have the logs if someone could take a look.
