How can I make Gmail my default in Windows 7

I have been using Windows 7 and MS Office 2010 for the last couple of months, so I'm still learning my way around. I want to make one of my Gmail accounts ( I have 4 of them) the default email in Windows 7 so that when I click on, lets say, a "Contact Us" prompt, the email will go out/come back via Gmail. Thanks in advance for your response.
