I am wondering if possible to:

I connect to my office with laptop dialup modem.(The office does not have internet) I dialup and use remote desktop connection. Is it possible to use my htc evo as a dialup modem for my laptop? I don't need to get to internet. That way I could get rid of my comcast phone which I only use for dial up connection and faxes.
