I have no idea what to do. I'm usually okay fixing my own problems but this one keeps cropping up. I got this computer for Christmas and a couple weeks after I started using it I started getting blue screens. so I wiped the hard drive and started over less than a month ago. now its started again. I know you guys have dealt with this kind of thing before, I have read on a different post that it has been fixed, but when I tried to look at the information the computer told me to look at it was all gibberish to me. I don't know what I'm supposed to be looking for. so I have the .dmp files attached in a .zip file, which I think is all the information you will need. let me know if it is possible to fix.
