Last week we started get a windows blue screen error when we start AOL to get on line, I am not that savy at all the tech stuff so we took it in to a shop and they found that it was AOL and uninstalled AOL and it works fine. We do not live in town and have to use dile-up to get to the net, we have tryed to down load new AOL software with no luck same blue screen when we try to run AOL, after window shuts down we get the option to start in safe mode or normal mode if we try normal we get Blue Screen and shutdown, we can start in safe mode and uninstall AOl and restart, windows loads fine. We do gat a Microsoft Windows box,
Window has recovered from an unexpected shutdown
Window can check online for a solution to the problem the next time you go online.
