I have a connection to the Internet, but programs refuse to connect to it. When I attempt to use Firefox, Chrome or IE, I connect to the page yet when the page attempts to return information to me, the connection is shut down and I am redirected to a blank tab page. This happens even if I shut down all firewalls on my system and just type in a numeric IP address. I am able to ping websites with Command Prompt though. Any help?
