I got a home access lap top last May (!) and have had major problems accessing 'restricted sites' ie facebook msn etc But, with 2hrs of boredom upon me, took a bit of time to work things out......I think...(!) So, try this?

Firstly, make sure your activation code (which is on the flier that came with the laptop is working. If it isn't, ring the number supplied for a new one).

Then, go into network settings on the control pad and go to INTERNET OPTIONS - SECURITY and then click on CUSTOM LEVEL

you need to enable the systems!

Once done, you should then be able to activate the Netintelligence code and get into the damned thing!! Click on any sites you don't want, ie gambling, racsism, porn.....(although, I'll leave that one for you to decide!!!) Don't click social networks. It will ask you which sites you want access to and you can then put facebook, you tube etc.

Hopefully, that will do the trick??

If it doesn't, buy a large sledgehammer and.................................

Good luck!
