Itunes cannot connect to internet

Please help...I have no issues connecting to the internet. I use firefox and itunes is enabled in windows firewall. Here is the diagnostic report from itunes:

Looks like you're connected to a proxy through iTunes, and it's connected to 127.0.0.1 which is your home server.

Unfortunately I don't know how to change it, but maybe it will save someone else some time
