I hope you can help me. My computer is a Dell Dimension 2400, Windows XP service pack 2. I am having trouble accessing my online classes. The pages do not load correctly, if at all. Everything takes a long time to load. sometimes I have to refresh the page and the content will finally load. I have received error messages such as, "Done with error on page" and script errors. I have taken several online classes and never experienced any problems until now. I was using the SBC yahoo browser, which is no longer supported. I installed IE 8 because I thought that the problem was the need for an updated browser. However, the problem still persists. I cannot take any of the quizzes because the browser seems to freeze and does not save my answers. I contacted the help desk through ecollege and they told me the problem may be a conflict with any loaded accelerators. I do not believe I have any. I ran IE 8 in compatability mode as well as with no add ons and still had the same issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
