my comp wont start

my comp wont turn on no matter what, ive changed between several good power supplies and its not some little one thing wrong no i repeat no power is going to ANY use. So then i tried to hook the harddrive up to my other comp and then the comp turned on but then i couldn't get it to send a signal to my monitor plz help me it looks like ive got a million problems here.

ok so now my hard drive is plugged into my other computer and the hard drive shows signs of life but what is going on with the computer the hard drive came from i still cant get any power to it plz i really need help
