I have just completed a thorough cleaning of my system thru the malware forum on this site. I have been redirected to the applications side to see if anyone here can help me with my problem. The last staff member, feels that the software guys may have a better solution.

"I have a feeling that only a clean install would effectively solve this problem. However, the software guys may have a better solution. I now suggest you head to the Application section – they will be able to provide better advice than I can."

I use Citrix for my job and recently have not been able to access the applications using my personal computer. This has been on going for about 2-2 1/2 months. Local support thru my work is unable to fix the issue since it is my computer and not a company owned computer. My previous post with the same heading is located in the Malware forum. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
