Programs will not open.

Here's the gist of it all. I downloaded a game and a crack. I could not figure out how to get the game to run with the crack so I told the game to "Open with" the crack. This turned my game application into a .exe along with every other program that this laptop runs by itself. Every few minutes or so I get an error message stating: "gta_sa.exe - System Error The program can't start because vorbisfile.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." This happens with any program I try to open. I know as far that all of my programs are trying to open through this gta_sa.exe file. So how do I change it back to ... default, standard, normal, regular... the right file/program to open with.

More info: No applications or programs will run. Any button I press, I get this error message. Please help! I am a college student, and severely need my laptop back!
