Got an annoying loud popping on start up and shutdown after installed new MB with Intel site dl Real Tech audio install, re-installed and still there everytime, help please?

Go Start, right click My Computer, click properties, click the hardware tab, click device manager, on the view tab click to show hidden devices..
On the entry Sound VIdeo and Game Controllers - expand by clicking on small + sign at left hand side.
Any warnings please by way of yellow or red exclamamtion marks.
If so double click that entry and post error messages.

Go Control Panel open sounds and audio devices, click the audio tab/ Check that the default device, using the arrow at the right is set as the Soundmax
The ensure that the small check box at the bottom Use only default devices is checked.
If you have a microphone, ensure that is also the correct device and for Midi musinc playback it is also usually the soundmax.
Click Apply and Ok as necessary.

Check that your speakers are connected to the correct place, normally depending on the sound card facilities you will have mini jack sockets one will be pink, one blue and one light green, Pink is microphone, light green is stereo line out ie: speakers. and blue is line -in. You probably only have those three if you have more as here the relevant one is still light green for the normal one jack to two speaker desktop system. IF YOU HAVE DIFFERENT post back with details. If the speakers are incorporated in the monitor they still go to the light green - normally.

Realtech HD Audio is what is listed, the old SoundMax was used with the D845, using the same HD as before and I guess Belarc shows this, have tried to get rid of the Soundmax and think I have since this Belarc analysis was made, I will do another Belarc to see right now.

I have amplified speakers, never made popping with D845 with SoundMax, now with new board D945 with Realtech it just started the popping, pretty loud when it does it everytime on startup and shut down, may have to keep speakers turned off, but hoping not if easy fix.

Also you should keep away from registry cleaners, they will find so called errors on a brand new computer.

Additionally with WHAT you have installed and more to the point with what you DO NOT appear to have, I can more or less guarantee you will have problems.

SuperAntiSpyware - free NO real time protection, run once a week.
MalwareBytes Anti Malware - FREE, No real time protection, run once a week.
ATF Cleaner - Quick, uses hardly any resources, safer than CCleaner as it does NOT in anyway deal with the registry.

If not easily fiq out, no problem, probably the cheap amplified speakers don't mesh with the RealTek audio for some reason.
