I've got a four year old dell here with an integrated video card and I get a lot of screen lag. I started looking into a cheap upgrade for my 64-bit/133MHz PCI-X slot, and quickly became confused at the lack of pci-x cards. I would like to know what types of video cards are compatible and would really appreciate any help. I attached a pic of the mobo if it helps any.

You have 1 PCI-E slot, so that is the type of card to go for. How powerful that card can be will depend a lot on it's power demand and if your installed PSU has the correct connector and if it can supply sufficient AMPS from the 12V rail.

Go to the Dell site, find your model, specifications, upgrade options.

The PSUs are usually generic and it is quite hard to find out the exact specifications for them.
