Hi Everyone.

I had to reinstall Windows XP because of some keyboard problems. I go that resolved but I can't get on the internet. As soon as I click on Internet Explorer I get the message box saying "Web page unavailable offline". I click on the connect box and then a blank page appears on Internet Explorer. I'm running hard line to my CPU and using Comcast as my provider. I thought XP would have picked up a internet connection with no problem as it has before. Please help

What make and model of PC?

Start, All Programs, Accessories, Command Prompt.

Type with an Enter after each line:

ipconfig /all >> \junk.txt

nslookup f1.com >> \junk.txt

(that's F ONE.com)

tracert -d f1.com >> \junk.txt

notepad \junk.txt

I use 2 spaces in the code box so you can be sure to see where one space goes.
