No the dell drivers I need don't support windows 7, is there a program I can use that will let windows recognize my bluetooth/card reader?Did you check that Dell has all the necessary Windows 7 64-bit drivers for that PC before you upgraded?
If Dell don't support Windows 7 64-bit for that PC, or they have the drivers but you're not using them, you are bound to have driver problems.

The model number for the card reade/bluetooth device is CAB-2OO. I checked dells website but could only find drivers for vista? Would a 64 bit vista driver work?Do you know what the model of the card reader/bluetooth device is? Check the Dell website for your specific PC model under the drivers section and download and install any drivers related to the devices having trouble, please post back results
