I download torrents a lot, I know thats not good and sorry if this is a stupid question, but I was wondering if there is a program that can scan the file before I download it. Is it possible?

You might want to review the Terms of Use, as Section 3q forbids us assisting you with P2P programs, unless you would like help removing them.

[quote name='TOU]We will not support or allow the discussion of any peer to peer (P2P) applications' date=' except for their removal.[/quote']

Hi again :D

As you will be doing torrents and I suspect IM as well then I would recommend the AV that I use

Avast 6 - specifications are here

If you install with the default settings then any P2P and torrents will be scanned as they are streaming

Details of the shields are here

Download link on the same page

Edit : We do not assist with torrent problems - however to stop you getting infected then this is I feel allowable
