Hello,
I am completely computer illiterate and I am getting this message:

sqlmangr.exe - Bad Image
The application DLL C:\PROGRA~1\Google\GOOGLE~1\GOEC62~1.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

I cannot open any programs such as word or even add/remove programs. Seems like only Esplorer works.

Hi patri79 -
Please try this method first - It usually works -
Press the Windows key + R to open a Run box.

Type regedit

Go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows

In the right-hand pane, look at the AppInit_DLLs value.

Double-click on it.

Delete the C:\PROGRA~1\Google\GOOGLE~2\GOEC62~1.DLL part only.

Thank You -
