half way into loading win

Ive not long got a new mother bored and CPU, well new PC. all 2nd hand parts all parts i know what are working fine,


Its a Asus PSN-D, 2 Corsair XMS2 DHX DDR2 2GB eash
cant remember the name of the CPU but its a 2.2 Q core,
with a Geforce 8400 DDR2 256MB PIC-E
So here what im getting and going wrong,
Ive got Win 7 64bit a new copy load on to a sata drive, it will load half way then just restart,
Ive tryed 2 Sata HDD one what is in the old PC what work fine and the new copy as well,
Ive ever tryed a IDE HDD,
try new Sata leads and new power leads,
Ive ever put a new PSU in there for it,
try take the mem out and doing just one at a time and moving them about,
ive unpulg the DVD-R
but it still reboots at the same point ever time
