Please help

I cannot run any programs on my computer...keep receiving a pop up window referring to wuauclt.exe along with Antivirus Software Alerts that look fake...and there's a pop up in the bottom right corner of the screen saying "attack from port 88.110.208.80.

Please help...computer been out of commission for over 3 weeks now...I need it back!
