I tried both accounts under safe mode plus the other account in normal mode, nothing works at all. If i ctrl+alt+delete i hear the computer beep, windows key+r does nothing at all.

I get a message saying Task manager has been disabled by administrator

I'm starting to run out of ideas for us to try. Would you be able to get your hands on a flash drive? We need to try and create a bootable flash drive using OTLPE.

theres only one place around here that might sell them. I can run up here in a wee bit actually and look. otherwise I won't be able to get one til...........tomorrow actually since im off work tomorrow.
